We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Some items (such as custom or personalized orders) are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, color, or a different product), please contact us—we’re happy to help if stock is available.
Local Returns Only
At this time, we are only offering local pick-up and delivery within Grande Prairie, so returns must also be handled locally.
