We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Some items (such as custom or personalized orders) are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, color, or a different product), please contact us—we’re happy to help if stock is available.

 

Local Returns Only

At this time, we are only offering local pick-up and delivery within Grande Prairie, so returns must also be handled locally.
