We specialize in 3D printed items and sublimation products. From unique home décor and organizers to custom mugs, tumblers, and gifts, everything we make is crafted with care and creativity.

2. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Whether it’s a personalized mug, a specific color for a 3D print, or a design idea you’d like brought to life, just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

3. How long will my order take?

Processing times vary depending on the product:

3D Prints: Most items take 3–7 business days to design and print (larger or more detailed prints may take longer).
Sublimation Products: Usually ready in 3–5 business days.
We’ll always keep you updated if extra time is needed.

4. Do you ship orders?

Currently, we offer local pick-up and delivery within Grande Prairie only. Shipping outside the area is not available at this time.

5. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Are 3D printed items durable?

Yes! We use high-quality filament that is strong and long-lasting. However, 3D prints are not indestructible—please avoid exposing them to extreme heat or heavy pressure.

7. Are sublimation designs dishwasher or microwave safe?

Most sublimation mugs and tumblers are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) and microwave safe unless otherwise noted. For the longest life, hand washing is always the safest option.

8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re looking for larger quantities of 3D prints or sublimation items (for events, teams, or businesses), reach out and we can discuss custom pricing and timelines.

9. How do I care for my products?

3D Prints: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid high heat (like leaving them in a hot car).
Sublimation Products: Hand washing is recommended, though many are dishwasher safe. Avoid using harsh scrubbing tools to protect the design.
